From the app (immediate)

Open the app or the web game and tap your picture at the top of the main menu. It opens your profile (a guest: the account page).
Under Privacy, choose Delete account.
An account confirms with its password; a guest identity confirms with a tap.

It takes effect on the server at once. There is no waiting period and no way back.

What is deleted

Your username, display name, e-mail address, motto and password hash.
Every session on every device, and your recovery codes.
Your match history.
The text of every message, every report reason and every appeal you wrote, in matches live or kept.
Your name on every seat you held; those seats show "deleted player".

What remains

The matches themselves, for the other people who played them, for up to 90 days after they end — with your seat anonymised and your messages blanked. A match needs every realm to make sense as a record for the other players. The moves made from your seat stay in that record, linked to no name, and may be used without a name to study and improve the computer opponents until the record is deleted.
A purchase made in the Android app: the product and a one-way hash of Google's purchase token stay, so the same purchase cannot be claimed by anyone else; Google's order number is removed. Google Play keeps its own record of the payment.
A warning, mute, suspension or ban decided on your account, kept as the record of that decision.
An internal identifier with nothing attached to it, so those seats have an owner id and nothing else.
Copies in the server's backups. A backup is taken every 6 hours and only the newest 28 are kept, so a deleted account normally disappears from them within 7 days. A copy of the backups is also kept on a second server of ours in Germany for at most 7 days. Backups are not used for anything but recovery.

If you cannot use the app

Write to studiostrgame@gmail.com from any address, giving your username. The operator will ask you to prove you hold the account before deleting it — a recovery code, signing in, or a reply from the e-mail address registered with the account; a deletion made this way has the same effect as the one above and is done within 30 days.

Kalanlar

Maçların kendisi, onları oynayan diğer kişiler için, bitiminden sonra en çok 90 gün — koltuğunuz anonim, mesajlarınız boş. Bir maçın diğer oyuncular için kayıt olarak anlam taşıması için her krallığın yerinde durması gerekir. Koltuğunuzdan yapılan hamleler bu kayıtta, hiçbir ada bağlı olmadan kalır ve kayıt silinene kadar bilgisayar rakipleri incelemek ve geliştirmek için adsız kullanılabilir.
Android uygulamasında yaptığınız bir satın alma: ürün ve Google satın alma anahtarının tek yönlü özeti kalır, aynı satın almayı başkası kullanamasın diye; Google sipariş numarası silinir. Google Play ödemenin kendi kaydını tutar.
Hesabınız hakkında verilmiş uyarı, susturma, askıya alma ya da yasak; o kararın kaydı olarak.
Hiçbir şeyin bağlı olmadığı dahili bir tanımlayıcı; o koltukların bir sahip kimliği olsun diye, başka hiçbir şey için değil.
Sunucunun yedeklerindeki kopyalar. Her 6 saatte bir yedek alınır ve yalnızca en yeni 28 yedek tutulur; silinen bir hesap normalde 7 gün içinde yedeklerden de çıkar. Yedeklerin bir kopyası, Almanya'daki ikinci sunucumuzda en fazla 7 gün tutulur. Yedekler kurtarma dışında hiçbir şey için kullanılmaz.

Herhangi bir adresten studiostrgame@gmail.com'ya kullanıcı adınızı yazın. İşletmeci silmeden önce hesabın sizde olduğunu kanıtlamanızı ister — bir kurtarma kodu, giriş yapma ya da hesaba kayıtlı e-posta adresinden bir cevap; bu yolla yapılan silme yukarıdakiyle aynı etkiye sahiptir ve 30 gün içinde yapılır.
