These terms apply to everyone who plays NegoMacy, against other people or against the computer. The app asks you to accept them once, before your first match of any kind; without accepting them you cannot play.
Zero tolerance
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. In messages, in your name and in your motto you must not:
- harass, bully, threaten or insult anyone;
- post hate speech, or attack anyone for their religion, ethnicity, nationality, sex, sexuality or disability;
- post sexual or violent content, or anything that endangers a child;
- share anyone's personal details (yours included), advertise, spam or post links;
- pretend to be someone else, or to be the operator;
- cheat, exploit a bug on purpose, or play several seats of one match yourself.
What the game does about it
- A word filter on the server masks abusive words with *** in free-text messages and mottos before anyone sees them.
- You can block any player: their messages are hidden from you in every match from then on, and the two of you are not seated together in a new room. You can lift a block on your profile. The blocked player is not told.
- You can report a player from the match, and a motto from the profile. A reported motto is hidden from everyone at once.
- The operator may remove content and warn, mute, suspend or ban a user who breaks these terms, without notice. Whether a person is reviewing reports at the moment is shown in the report dialog in the game.
How the computer opponents learn
By playing, you agree that the moves you make in any match — your orders, your secret decisions and your choices in diplomacy, with the board as your realm saw it — are kept with the match and used, without your name, to study and improve the computer opponents. The opponents never change during a match: what is learned is measured away from the game and added in a later version of it. How long the moves are kept, and what happens to them when you delete your account, is on the privacy page.
Names at the end of a match
While a match is played, the other players see your realm, not your name. When the match ends, the names behind every realm are shown once to the people in that match, so everyone sees who allied with whom and who broke their word. Nobody can opt out of this. After that moment only the game's prepared phrases (such as “Thank you”) can be sent in that match. Taking a quarrel from a match to a real person — finding, following or threatening them — breaks these terms and leads to a ban.
Houses
You can found or join a House (Hanedan). Its tag, name and description follow the same rules as your name and motto, and anyone can report a House. A House's leader and officers decide who joins and may remove members. Agreeing outside the game to let a fellow member win, or playing a match against each other only to move points, is cheating.
Your account
You can play as a guest or with an account. Keep your password and recovery codes to yourself. You can delete your account and its data at any time from your profile; see the privacy page for what is stored.
Age
The game is not directed at children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, play with a parent's or guardian's permission.
Purchases and NegoMacy+
Looks sold in the game change how things look, never how a match goes. NegoMacy+ is a subscription: it opens more maps and looks and spares you some ads; inside a match it gives only what anyone can get by watching an ad. It renews through the app store until you cancel it there. You can also give NegoMacy+ to a friend or a fellow House member as a gift for a fixed period. The Season Pass is free; its rewards are looks and short spells of NegoMacy+ or a map. Purchases, renewals and refunds are made through the app store under its terms.
The game itself
You may play the game for your own, non-commercial use. It is provided as it is, without a promise that it will always be available or free of faults. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law of the country you live in.

Sıfır tolerans

- kimseyi taciz etmek, zorbalık yapmak, tehdit etmek ya da hakaret etmek;
- nefret söylemi; kimseye dini, etnik kökeni, milliyeti, cinsiyeti, cinsel yönelimi ya da engeli yüzünden saldırmak;
- cinsel ya da şiddet içeren içerik, ya da bir çocuğu tehlikeye atan herhangi bir şey paylaşmak;
- kimsenin kişisel bilgisini (sizinki dahil) paylaşmak, reklam, spam ya da bağlantı göndermek;
- başka biri ya da işletmeci gibi davranmak;
- hile yapmak, bir hatayı bilerek kullanmak ya da aynı maçta birden çok koltuğu kendiniz oynamak.
Oyun buna karşı ne yapar
- Sunucudaki bir kelime filtresi, serbest mesajlardaki ve sözlerdeki küfürleri kimse görmeden *** ile gizler.
- Herhangi bir oyuncuyu engelleyebilirsiniz: o andan sonra her maçta mesajları sizden gizlenir ve ikiniz yeni bir odada bir araya oturtulmazsınız. Engeli profilinizden kaldırabilirsiniz. Engellenen oyuncuya söylenmez.
- Bir oyuncuyu maçtan, bir sözü profilden şikâyet edebilirsiniz. Şikâyet edilen söz herkesten hemen gizlenir.
- İşletmeci bu koşullara uymayan içeriği kaldırabilir ve kullanıcıyı haber vermeden uyarabilir, susturabilir, askıya alabilir ya da yasaklayabilir. Şu anda şikâyetlere bir kişinin bakıp bakmadığı oyundaki şikâyet penceresinde yazar.
Bilgisayar rakipler nasıl öğrenir
Oynayarak, herhangi bir maçta yaptığınız hamlelerin — emirleriniz, gizli kararlarınız ve diplomasideki seçimleriniz, ülkenizin gördüğü tahtayla birlikte — maçla birlikte saklanmasını ve adınız olmadan bilgisayar rakipleri incelemek ve geliştirmek için kullanılmasını kabul edersiniz. Rakipler maç sırasında hiç değişmez: öğrenilen, oyunun dışında ölçülür ve oyunun sonraki bir sürümüne eklenir. Hamlelerin ne kadar saklandığı ve hesabınızı silince onlara ne olduğu gizlilik sayfasında yazar.
Maç sonunda adlar
Maç oynanırken öteki oyuncular adınızı değil ülkenizi görür. Maç bitince her ülkenin arkasındaki adlar o maçtaki kişilere bir kez gösterilir; böylece herkes kimin kiminle ittifak kurduğunu, kimin sözünü bozduğunu görür. Bunun dışında kalınamaz. O andan sonra o maçta yalnızca oyunun hazır cümleleri (“Teşekkürler” gibi) gönderilebilir. Bir maçtaki kavgayı gerçek bir kişiye taşımak — onu bulmak, takip etmek ya da tehdit etmek — bu koşulları çiğnemektir ve yasakla sonuçlanır.
Hanedanlar
Bir Hanedan kurabilir ya da birine katılabilirsiniz. Etiketi, adı ve açıklaması adınız ve sözünüzle aynı kurallara uyar; herkes bir Hanedanı şikâyet edebilir. Kimin katılacağına Hanedanın lideri ve subayları karar verir, üyeleri çıkarabilirler. Oyun dışında anlaşıp bir Hanedan arkadaşınızı kazandırmak ya da yalnızca puan aktarmak için birbirinize karşı oynamak hiledir.
Hesabınız
Misafir olarak ya da hesapla oynayabilirsiniz. Parolanızı ve kurtarma kodlarınızı kimseyle paylaşmayın. Hesabınızı ve verilerinizi profilinizden istediğiniz an silebilirsiniz; neyin saklandığı gizlilik sayfasında yazar.
Yaş
Oyun 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir. Yaşadığınız yerde reşit değilseniz anne-babanızın ya da velinizin izniyle oynayın.
Satın almalar ve NegoMacy+
Oyunda satılan görünümler yalnızca görünüşü değiştirir, maçın gidişini asla. NegoMacy+ bir aboneliktir: daha çok harita ve görünüm açar, bazı reklamları kaldırır; maçın içinde yalnızca herkesin bir reklam izleyerek alabildiğini verir. Siz uygulama mağazasından iptal edene kadar orada yenilenir. NegoMacy+'ı bir arkadaşınıza ya da Hanedan arkadaşınıza belli bir süre için hediye de edebilirsiniz. Sezon Geçidi ücretsizdir; ödülleri görünümler ve kısa süreli NegoMacy+ ya da harita denemesidir. Satın almalar, yenilemeler ve iadeler uygulama mağazası üzerinden, onun koşullarıyla yapılır.
Oyunun kendisi
Oyunu kendi kişisel, ticari olmayan kullanımınız için oynayabilirsiniz. Oyun olduğu gibi sunulur; her zaman erişilebilir ya da hatasız olacağına dair bir söz verilmez. Bu koşullardaki hiçbir şey, yaşadığınız ülkenin yasalarından doğan haklarınızı kısıtlamaz.
Değişiklikler ve iletişim
